Design Gov is an experiential learning program and movement embedding human-centered design and leadership in Dubai Government. In partnership with Dubai Design Lab and Dubai Future Foundation, ATÖLYE Academy redesigned and delivered the program in 2023-24. As Project Lead and Facilitator, I led a collaborative team across ATÖLYE, client, and partner organizations, overseeing program design, recruitment, team curation, and facilitation. The Gathering of Gamechangers is an exclusive retreat by the World Government Summit that brings together international leaders and innovators to foster discussions on the world’s most pressing challenges, aiming to identify critical challenges and opportunities. ATÖLYE was brought in to design the retreat experience and facilitate discussions, transforming insights into actionable solutions to address these challenges. I served as Project Lead and Facilitator.

Mashroo3i is an annual entrepreneurship competition and program sponsored by Tamkeen Bahrain. In 2020, via my consultancy, Alphard Consulting, I designed and delivered a 10 day program on innovation mindsets and human-centered design for 100+ entrepreneurs. Initially designed as an in-person program, my partners and I quickly adapted the program to being run completely virtually leveraging a purpose-built innovation platform. Designed an online game and wrote the content to change behaviors of 3,500 staff in global financial services company, leveraging real disciplinary case to build realistic scenarios. This game was part of a wider culture change initiative, to scale the shifts across the company.

Facilitated a team-building session as part of Aion’s team offsite. Through curated activities and a working styles assessment, team members gained insights into their unique approaches to work, communication, and the qualities that drive high-performing teams (video).

Led multiple project management cycles on behalf of a global consultancy’s training program, including designing training materials, content writing, and liaising with client stakeholders. Provided co-facilitation support.

Researched, designed, and delivered a 4-day virtual training in Arabic on remote work, collaboration, and well-being for NRC teams in Iraq, in partnership with a remote work expert and fellow emotional intelligence coach.

Designed and delivered interactive workshops on human-centered design for SDGs for cohorts of YLP over multiple years. Workshops covered design thinking, systems thinking, social entrepreneurship, innovation mindsets, and more.

Participated in GEW Bahrain for many years, to design and deliver a variety of workshops for conference attendees, including: emotional intelligence and diversity, high performing teams, design thinking and social innovation, wellbeing, and more.

Launched “Exploring What Matters”, an 8-week community wellbeing course in collaboration Action for Happiness for the first time in Bahrain (video).

Co-curator of The Waaw in Between, an initiative that facilitates conversations and human connections in Middle Eastern communities, launched at the Nuqat Conference.

House of Beautiful Business Resident, and Co-Host of the Arab Gulf Chamber and The Great Wave in 2020, a first-of-its-kind global festival to reinvent business—and yourself.

Spoke as a panelist alongside Steve Aoki, Afrojack, and others on "Prioritizing Mental Wellness in Music," discussing intense industry pressures, their impact, and how to navigate these.

Moderated a panel on "The Culture Question – Addressing the Elephant in the Room” in Bahrain and KSA's O&G industry.

Moderated a panel on “Raising Your Voice”, served as a panelist on “Workplace Wellness” and was interviewed in a podcast on “Finding Fulfillment” and managing burnout.
